The Challenge
Asking for sensitive data like IDs and facial scans always creates friction. Vaulta's old UI felt like filling out a tax form—cold, confusing, and overly long. Users often stopped halfway and never returned.
The Solution & Impact
We dismantled the entire information architecture. We broke down the long process into bite-sized steps, added visual progress indicators, and rewrote the microcopy to explain exactly why the data was needed. The new design utilized elegant white space to reduce cognitive load.
The Result
Good design is a hypothesis that needs continuous testing. Under our retainer program, we A/B tested button variations and loading animations. As a result, conversions didn't just spike in the first month; they stabilized at a 92% onboarding completion rate.
