1. Service Scope
Kova provides consulting, design, and implementation of artificial intelligence and workflow automation systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) before any development begins.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, the methodologies, frameworks, and foundational codebases used by Kova remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives a license to use the custom automated workflows and AI integrations built specifically for their operations.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful implementation of our automation systems, clients must provide timely access to necessary operational data, third-party software credentials (such as CRM or ERP access), and feedback during the development phases. Kova is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of necessary client inputs.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our AI systems are designed to maximize efficiency, Kova cannot guarantee specific financial results or revenue increases. In no event shall Kova be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or implemented automation systems.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
